Weekly Schedule 17 - 23 May

If you have not finished your registration and paperwork, please do so ASAP! Registration payment, physical, and online forms are all available on the Unit Webpage: ARHS-AFJROTC.com.

Juliet Flight will wear PT clothes on Thursday.

Reserve Flight will meet every Wednesday at 1230-1245, virtually. They will comply with uniform requirements each week and will do the PT each week.

Morning Flag Detail: Bravo Flight

Afternoon Flag Detail: Kilo and India on A-Days & Hotel and Papa on B-Days

1800, 19 May, Wednesday. AFJROTC Awards Ceremony in Stadium. Uniform: Open Collar Blues. All cadets including virtual cadets are required to attend to include virtual cadets this semester. 3 Tickets will be handed out to each cadet. Each cadet that cannot attend will turn in a written parent note with the reason for not attending signed by a parent. Attendance will count 200-point test grade.

20-28 May Senior Uniform Turn in. Make sure that all uniform articles including all ranks and chords are returned and dry cleaned with original receipt attached. Failure to return all items will result in a school obligation that will prevent a cadet from participating in graduation.

0700-1600, 22nd May, Saturday Bataan Death March. All cadets that signed up will report on Saturday at the JROTC Quad at 0700 dressed for the march and have camel pack/water bottle.

Monday 17 May A-DAY

All Flights Drill/PIR Practice

1605-1715 Flight Crew & Senior Staff (BOTH) PIR Practice

1800-1900 Notary Signing for CLC Registration Paperwork. Notary, will be at the main entrance of the school to notarize CLC form 1. Parents may turn in other paperwork and make 1st payment.

Tuesday 18 May B-DAY

All Flights Drill/PIR Practice

1615-1730, 21-22 Senior Staff Meeting Major Clark’s room. This includes NCOICs also selected.

Wednesday 19 May A-DAY

Uniform Inspection, Blues with open collar

PIR/AWARDS CERMONY IN ARHS FOOTBALL STADIUM

B-Day cadets will be inspected at formation at PIR/Awards Ceremony.

1630 Senior Staff & Command Staff set up and practice.

1715 Flight Crews arrive and get guidons from classroom and set up outside in bus parking lot under direction of Squadron Commanders.

1730 Flights arrive and line up in parking lot (Attendance, Uniform Inspection, & temperature & COVID health check will be recorded) Masks will be worn.

1800-1915 PIR Awards in ARHS Football Stadium Uniform: Open Collar Blues. All cadets are required to attend.

Thursday 20 May B-DAY

Unit PT Day. Bring PT Clothes, Hygiene Kit and Water Bottle

1615-1800 CLC Practice with Cadre and Staff until 1815

Friday 21 May A-DAY 

Unit PT Day. Bring PT Clothes, Hygiene Kit and Water Bottle 

Saturday 22 May

0700-1600 Bataan Death March/Lunch will be provided. Bring Water bottle or camel pack. Wear comfortable clothes and walking/running shoes. Make sure to eat breakfast before arrival, and hydrate.
