ELEARNING
All cadets will be in the hybrid learning phase along with all DD2 students for the week of 8 February.
PARENT CONSENT FORMS
Parent Consent Forms consist of AFJROTC Health Wellness Form, Cadet Release Form, & Cadet Access Module Release Module & Data Entry Form.
Instructors are currently with working cadets missing forms.
Parent Consent form are located in the following locations to be downloaded.
Use the following link to fill out the forms which are located on the unit web page. https://www.arhs-afjrotc.com/parent-information.
Forms are also located in Teams in SC-20081 Information Center for cadets to download to print out. Finished forms may be scanned and sent to the cadet’s respective instructor.
Photos may also be taken and sent by email to the cadet’s respective instructor.
Hard copies may also be given to their respective class instructor when the cadet is at school.
HQ AFJROTC COMMAND STAFF BRIEFING
Command Staff cadets briefed Mr. Henderson, HQ AFJROTC Representative, virtually on Monday, 2 February on the status of the unit and cadets. The briefing also included how the unit and cadets have weathered the COVID-19 pandemic. He was very pleased with the briefing and complimented on how the cadets presented themselves professionally.
School administration previously heard the same briefing at an earlier date. They were also very impressed on the professionalism and presentation of the cadets.
UNIFORM INSPECTION
Blue uniform with open collar will be worn on Monday thru Thursday for applicable hybrid cohorts at school.
ABU for those for Mike and Command Staff flights, flight crews and applicable cadets.
Physical Training
Unit Physical Training Uniform will be worn for Physical Training workouts Tuesday & Wednesday. This also includes e-learning cadets. Cadets will change out of their uniforms for PT and change back into after PT.

Refer to the attached unit weekly schedule for other unit events and times.
UNIT EMAIL AND WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Unit Email and weekly schedule will be sent out Sunday of each week.
