Greetings Parents & Guardians of ARHS AFJROTC Cadets,
Welcome to a new school year! We are very excited for the year ahead, full of extra curricular team competitions, field trips, community service events, and annual military ball to name a few. Our cadets will be working hard and accomplishing much! Thank you for your encouragement & support! We couldn’t accomplish all that we do without your help!
Save the date for Wednesday, September 3 @ 1800hrs (6pm) in the ARHS Auditorium for Parents & Family Night where we introduce you to AFJROTC program – how it works, what is required for cadets, opportunities, benefits & scholarships PLUS we open up the sign-ups for our amazing annual spring interstate field trip (seats fill fast).
Please Help! Cadets received 4 registration documents in flight this week and we MUST have them turned in by the following due dates:
DD Form 3203 (Student Code of Conduct & Parent Consent) due no later than the 5th JROTC class
AFJROTC Supplemental Participation Form due no later than the 5th JROTC class
DD2 Sports Physical due by the end of August
DD2 Medical Activities Form due by the end of August
The deadline for the DD Form 3203 and AFJROTC Supplemental are required by HQ AFJROTC in order to remain in JROTC. The 5th class is Tuesday, Aug 12th for Semester Block Flights, Monday Aug 18th for A-day flights, and Tuesday Aug 19th for B-day flights)

Fees: All cadets (including returning cadets) need to submit a registration fee of $40. New cadets (JROTC 1) also need to submit $27 for their Unit Polo Shirt (theirs to keep). These fees can be paid by check (made payable to ARHS AFJROTC Boosters) or by cash by bringing it to the school front office or to any instructor.
