This email provides the latest information for parents whose cadets are participating in the Wando Warrior Meet competition on Saturday, 13 November 21.
5:45 AM, REPORT TIME FOR ALL AFJROTC COMPETITION TEAM CADETS.
All team cadets that are car riders will be dropped off at in front of AFJROTC and report to JROTC immediately. All cadets who drive will park in the student parking lot and report to JROTC immediately.
All cadets are to report in their respective team competition uniform.
All cadets will meet grooming standards for the meet.
All cadets will be transported by school bus and athletic bus to the meet.
LUNCH: All cadets have preordered their meals and the unit will be paying for them. Wando AFJROTC Booster Club is providing lunch for the meet.
After the meet is over, all cadets will report back to buses and return back to Ashley Ridge where parents will pick them up on the car rider loop. Cadets will call parents upon leaving Wando. Estimated time back to school is 4:30 PM. All cadets will return back to school on buses. This will help speed up the process of getting the cadets and team equipment back on the busses and accountability of cadets.

FOOD AND WATER DONATIONS:
Snacks and water bottle donations are greatly appreciated for the meet for the cadets.
If a parent is able to donate, please pull up to the curb at the Bus Loop in front of the AFJROTC classrooms and cadets will be able to help bring the donations in.
All parents are encouraged to attend the meet and see their daughters and sons in competition. They are all excited and have worked hard for this meet!
