AFJROTC PIR & AWARDS CEREMONY IN ARHS FOOTBALL STADIUM, MAY 19 6 - 7:15 PM
Wednesday, 19 May A-DAY Uniform Inspection for cadets in class.
Each parent has been issued 3 tickets for family to attend. They will be collected at the front gate at the stadium.
Family members are required to wear masks and social distance for the event.
B-Day cadets will be inspected at formation at PIR/AWARDS.
Cadets who have to stay after school that day for the ceremony must sign up in their respective classrooms for accountability.
Cadets who are not able to attend the ceremony will give their respective instructor a written note from their parent for a valid reason.
4:30 PM 20-21 Senior Staff & Command Staff set up and practice.
5:15 PM Flight Crews arrive and get guidons from classroom and set up outside in bus parking lot under direction of Squadron Commanders.
5:30 PM Flights arrive and line up in parking lot (Attendance, Uniform Inspection, & temperature & COVID health check will be recorded)
6 - 7:15 PM PIR Awards in ARHS Football Stadium.
At the end of the ceremony, parents will be released to the outside of the stadium to meet their sons and daughters.
Cadet Flights will be released at intervals and will proceed to the outside of the stadium to meet their parents.
21-22 Senior Staff & Command Staff will remain behind to put items away.
