All cadets will be in the E-learning phase along with all DD2 students for the week of 11 January.
PARENT CONSENT FORMS
Parent Consent Forms consist of AFJROTC Health Wellness Form, Cadet Release Form, & Cadet Access Module Release Module & Data Entry Form.
These were requested at the start of the academic year. Instructors are currently with working cadets for the missing forms.
55 cadets are missing one of more forms list above.
27 cadets have not turned in their AFJROTC Health Wellness Form. This allows cadets to participate in class Physical Training.

Forms are also located in Teams in SC-20081 Information Center for cadets to download to print out.
Finished forms may be scanned and sent to the cadet’s respective instructor.
Photos may also be taken and sent by email to the cadet’s respective instructor.

All cadets are required to turn in all missing AFJROTC forms by 22 January, Friday.
AFJROTC Health Wellness Forms not turned in by 22 January, Friday will no longer be allowed to participate in Physical Training in class and will receive a 0 until the form is turned in.
HQ AFJROTC Unit Mission Briefing, 2 February, Tuesday
Command Staff will be briefing virtually to HQ AFJROTC on 2 February, Tuesday on the results of the unit self-inspection being now conducted by the cadet Stan/Eval Officer and other members of command staff.
HQ AFJROTC considers our unit one of the best of AFJROTC units and overseas.
Missing Parent Consent Forms will have a serious effect on the HQ AFJROTC Mission Briefing! Please help the unit in insuring all missing forms are turned in by 22 February, Friday.
Alternate uniform for uniform inspection will be worn on Mondays for all Cardinal and Gold flights meeting.
Alternate uniform for uniform inspection will be worn on Tuesdays for all Cardinal and Gold flights meeting.
Blue Service Coat combination with tie/tie tab will be worn by all cadets the week of 11 January for uniform inspection.
Unit Physical Training Uniform will be worn for Physical Training workout on Wednesday for all Cardinal and Gold Flights meeting.
Unit Physical Training Uniform will be worn for Physical Training workout on Thursday for all Cardinal & Gold Flights meeting.
UNIT WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Refer to the attached unit weekly schedule for other unit events.
All competition team practices are suspended until hybrid schedule starts with the following teams that will meet virtually.
UNIT EMAIL AND WEEKLY SCHEDULE
